Bible Verses About God's Timing | When A "Coincidence" Is Actually God Showing Up
The LifeLine Tool.
Some moments look like coincidence right up until they don't. A phone call at the exact second. A stranger's face at the exact door. Looking back, the timing stops looking accidental and it starts looking like it was aimed.
A fast, a detour, and a phone call
Mickey tells a story from a weekend of fasting. Driving home from a job in Kentucky, fifteen or twenty minutes down the road, something told him to turn around and go back to finish work he could have left undone. He did. Everything that followed, he says, "fit together like a puzzle," the tractor backed into place on the first try, the trailer loaded without a hitch. On the drive back, something nagged at him to call his nephew, Willie, even though it was a Sunday and he didn't want to bother him. He called anyway. Willie picked up, said he was driving to Illinois. Mickey looked up and Willie's truck was right there on the interstate, both of them doing eighty, ninety miles an hour, passing each other at the exact moment they were on the phone. Willie pulled over, laughing: "What are the chances?" What came next is the part that mattered. Willie had been in the middle of a private prayer, asking God who he could call because he was in the worst struggle of his life and didn't know who to turn to. "I was thinking about you, and you called me."
"God made this happen so that I could tell you that he's got you. He had nothing to do with me, nothing to do with you, but all about him, to say, I am God, I am powerful enough."
Timing you'd miss if you weren't paying attention
Mickey is honest that this isn't really about the phone call but it's about whether he was in a position to notice it. "If I had eaten a burger, if I had gotten caught up doing all the work by myself and being teed off that I didn't get any help and I would have missed it." Fasting didn't cause the timing. It put him in a state to actually see it happen, instead of driving past it irritated and distracted.
The timing that already answered a prayer
The wife's health scare that ran through earlier episodes gets its resolution here. After the tests, the fluid drained, results back: "She doesn't have breast cancer, she doesn't have anything." The relief in Mickey's voice isn't about a coincidence, it's about a prayer that had already been carried, weeks earlier, before the answer arrived.
Staying close to God when nothing's wrong
Blake connects this to Job, specifically, the detail easy to skip over. Before anything went wrong in Job's life, he still offered sacrifices on behalf of his children, "just in case they had sin that he didn't even know about." Job wasn't building his relationship with God during the crisis, the crisis found him already close.
"That's the picture of how we need to live our lives. Even when we're on top, we need to be looking around at ways of helping, however we can."

Full conversation transcript
Blake: Guys have you ever found yourselves just going through the motions? You've found Christ, you're living in the Word, you're spiritually active but you just don't see him in your day to day as much. You kind of feel like you're praying over meals or sitting with your bible and reading the word but it doesn't really feel like it's resonating with your soul. We all go through times like that. Today we're going to be talking about whenever you're in a time like that and then God just knocks you in the head and you see him and feel his presence and it brings you back to the day you found him. Mickey: I would love to start this off today with a story that I think tells the whole thing about living a life in Christ for me, and what happened the day before yesterday, which is one of the most supernatural things, and I've had a ton of them, but probably one of the most supernatural things that's ever happened in my life. Blake: Shoot, we'll get right into the podcast today, right the conversation. You said you had a really cool event that happened last weekend, and I'd love for you to share that story and let people know what happened. Mickey: I'd love to. What I'd to start it off with is, whenever you, and this is just perspective for me, this is just for me, not me trying to teach anybody anything, for me, whenever I, like I struggled with praying on film, because the Bible talks about, you don't pray for others to see, so I struggle with it but we do it, but when we do it, we do it authentically, we don't do it with a tablet or anything, so we pray, even though we know we're not to be doing it for a show. Now it's hard for us to get on a lifeline show and not be looked upon as a show, but we do nothing as a show, we do only things that glorify our God, and so that's what we're doing this for, is to go out to the people that are growing in Christ and do all that, we love them to watch, but this is for the people that are needing help in a tough time, or needing to know how to get online, so I'm fixing to talk about something that I do, that in Matthew 16, tells us not to do, and so in Matthew 16, Jesus is teaching the disciples of how to fast, and he tells people to don't look sad and somber, but to wash your face and look normal while you're fasting so nobody on earth knows you're fasting. Well, I fast and I am on my second day of fasting. My first day was Sunday. And so whenever I fast on Sunday, and what I've learned during the times that I fast I hear from God, I feel closer to God when I'm fasting than any other time in my life. And whenever I'm filling my mouth with the food that I want and I am experiencing life to the fullest that God has given me, then I'm still connected with him, but I'm not connecting with him whenever I'm giving myself up. So it goes back to the scripture that says deny yourself and follow Christ. Well when you're denying yourself, i think sometimes you just. Well anyways, let me tell the story. So I'm fasting which I'm not supposed to tell you and I'm fasting and I'm doing this for spiritual reasons and health reasons and for all of the reasons that we would want to fast. And I go to Kentucky and I am working and i dont have any help so I came back from Kentucky but I could do it myself but I'm just like i dont have any help. I'm coming home and I get about fifteen-twenty minutes down the road to Nashville and something in my gut tells me to turn around. Well I'm kind of depressed anyways and it's just one of those days and i start talking to god and i said “if you want me to turn around, ill turn around and ill do it all by myself.” So I turn around, go back and get the tractor. I say this and it's true. Everything fits together like a puzzle. It's one hundred and something degrees. When I back the tractor up, I back it up exactly under the thing and the pin goes right through. I get tools. Everything fits together like a puzzle. I unload the stuff. I bring the trailer out. I load up a sprayer that I wanted in Nashville and I bring it back and I'm on the way back and I'm hot sweaty and greasy, and I'm feeling better than I felt all day long. So I started talking to god and I'm thinking, "I guess you just wanted me to go back and work like crazy , by myself so I feel good.” So I'm praising and worshiping God. I called you to say, “hey when im coming through, i want to drop some stuff off to you, some shirts for a guy that you'll see Monday morning. He needs them. So I know I'm getting there to get you. But then I see another thing that reminds me of my nephew. And it's something I'm supposed to get to him but I'm going to give to you to give to him. But when i see it something in me says, “call your nephew.” im not being over christian or whatever. It just happens. He didn't talk to me audibly. I'm not one of these crazy people but I just felt and thought, “well I don't want to bother him on a Sunday." And then I think, "I'm going to call the boy anyways.” I hadn't talked to him in a few days. And so I picked up the phone and I called him. When I pick up the phone and I call him, Willie answers the phone the first thing, and he says, “Mick, Mick, how are you doing?” I said, “where are you going? Where are you at boy?” And he goes, “Well I'm heading to Illinois right now.” When he's talking to me, I'm looking at a truck. And I'm doing eighty mph with a trailer behind me. He's probably doing eighty or ninety. And he's in his truck. And how many white Chevrolets are on interstate 24? I’m like, “we're passing right now.” Right there at that moment, I called him. He passes me. And I'm looking at him. When that happens, he starts laughing. And he goes, what are the chances?" I don't know, but pull over on the side of the road. I have something to give you. He pulls into my truck and I'm looking at him and my mind is going God why did you do that? I could have been home already and I’m wondering what's happened but I don't want to spook anybody. Instead of me handing his tag through the window, he gets in my truck and slams the door. He says, I was just now praying, who can I call? Because I've got a struggle stronger than any struggle I've had in my life. I was just asking God who can I call right now? And he goes, I was thinking about you, and you called me. And then it all made sense. Sometimes it doesn't make sense. But then it made perfect sense. But I told him, said, God made this happen so that I could tell you that he's got you. He had nothing to do with me, nothing to do with you, but all about him to say, I am God. I am powerful enough to get Mickey to go back. Make everything together like a puzzle so I can get him back here and call at the very moment, that ya’ll are talking on the phone, for ya’ll to pass each other, to tell you both, but right now with your heart hurting and your guts ripped out, to tell you he's got you. He's got me, he's got you, and he's all powerful. You know I had this discussion earlier today. If I had eaten a 50's, a burger, if I had got caught up in doing all the work by myself and being teed off, I didn't get any help. If I had done all of that, I would have missed it. But when I fast, I hear His voice a little better. He's just a little stronger in my life. You know what I'm saying? And so during that time, it makes you wonder why do I ever not fast? So I hadn't been the same since Willie got in my truck. And God made that orchestrate for us to pass going eighty and ninety to see him pass by. Strongest moment in my life. I just want to tell everybody in the whole world that's real. That's not a story you read in the book. It is real that God is that powerful. Anyway, the coolest story I've ever had. Blake: absolutely, Amen. We were talking about fasting and doing something like that in today's age in America. I think that so many people resonate with it. We live in a time and a place where water is easily accessible to everybody, food is easily accessible and affordable. We have everything given to us on this earth that we can get to so easily. It's really hard, it's very easy to understand how people can get in the mundane life and not understand the power that something like fasting can have in their life, whatever you're denying yourself. I'd love to speak more on that, which you talked about earlier. Mickey: For me, years ago, when I had a lot of friends in the ministry and I had one particular friend that went a mission trip all the time and he would come back and he would say, I can a Snickers bar and I can split it up and give to some of your guys at the camp and everyone of them will take it and they'll eat. And he said, in all these countries I go to, I can take them, I can give a Snickers bar to one boy, or one little girl. And he goes, one hundred percent of them will go and they'll get with their friends and they'll split that Snickers bar to all of them. And I used to think, gosh, you know, in America, we're so blessed. And I'll tell you, said, you know, for me, God bless me, I can go to a nice restaurant, I can go to a swim pool and out my pool. The hardest thing for me to do is for me to fast and deny my body of the food that I want, and deny myself of these things that this world and in Williams County are spoiled beyond measure. God gives me so, when you go to foreign countries, all they have is Jesus. They don't know they didn't get a glass of water that day in Sudan. They don't know that they have a hospital down the road, that, oh my gosh, I got my phone, I call a doctor, I go somewhere, and they don't have any of that but Jesus. Jesus does healing there, like they call it in the Bible. And us in America, we think, oh no, God really did heal that person that was blinded. Absolutely He healed that person that was blinded. He may be passing a guy going eighty and ninety, you know? But in America, when God heals the things here, whenever we get everything, we can discount it. Blake: This reminds me of a story, actually, of somebody that I knew growing up, and you don't know who I’m talking about. But he, from the time he was little, knew that he needed a double lung transplant. And fast forward, and years later, winds up getting the double lung transplant. Praise God. He comes through it, and the analogy that I'm kind of painting is it's kind of like we find Jesus. It's really easy, whenever we get that double lung transplant that we didn't even know we needed. Whenever you have that moment, and you give your life to Christ, it's like when you receive that transplant. Oh my gosh, it's a whole new world. I'm so thankful. Everything in life is easy to deny myself, because I've this gift. Whenever we live, we live here. It's much like, how could you have a double lung transplant? And then you fast forward, and you get to live life like a normal person now. So I’m going to start drinking. Even though I probably shouldn't because of the medication that I'm on and everything , I probably shouldn't but I want to experience life like a normal person a little bit. And then you fast forward and you find that person smoking cigarettes and smoking cigars, after having to have a double lung transplant, just because they want to have a normal life. That's kind of how it is for us as Christians. We got this double lung transplant. We get this something that saves our lives, that opens our lives to a whole new view. And how quickly we live in a world like in a society like we live in here, how quickly you can say, “i kind of like the way the world lives. I want a little taste of it, you know? And pretty soon we find ourselves that our bibles are collecting dust, and we hadn't listened to any kind of the praise and worship music that we couldn't turn off whenever we first found Jesus. And I think that's such a parallel to our faith in Jesus, if we can find that way to live in a constant reminder of we're serving a God that doesn't need us, we're serving Jesus that died on our behalf and was raised again to wedge the gap between Father God and us. Mickey: Well, I love the story about the boy with the double lung transplant. And I remember that instant and who you're talking about. And because of pain, the brother and him and the dad surrendered to life to Christ. And then God gave him a lung transplant. And then like me and everybody else, especially in America, we get it and then we tend to forget it. And so I don't make any judgments towards anyone because my hands are raised the highest. Matter of fact, we'll do this podcast and before the end of the day my mind will be veering off on something instead of keeping him first. So I don't cast any judgements. But I got a text this morning from a guy that's had his whole world turned upside down. And he sends me James 1:5-12. Count all joy when trials and tribulations come together. And I told him that it is imprinted on me. Because we put the funk in dysfunctional growing up. And so I've had my trials my whole life. And so what I told you, tough times drive you to Christ, not to the bottle, not to the drugs. That's what happens. Every time we go through tough times, you can drive to the bottle or drugs, or you can let drive you to Christ. And so praise God, I allow those things in my life not to be so righteous and good. But if I had married, I had a pushover, then wouldn't know the bible like i do. I had some tough times, and I would grab the Bible and oh my God, it comes alive every time. Some of the coolest things in my life are sitting in the house by myself at 2:00 in the morning, everybody’s asleep and I would read my Bible. Mickey: And so today, I tell another story, exactly what we are talking about. I'm a meeting yesterday, and you'll know exactly what we're talking about, because he's a guy that we absolutely love. And I was with a guy that I love yesterday, and he told me about a friend who has been diagnosed with cancer. I left that meeting, and I called him up, and I said, you've got a hiccup. He goes, it's more than a hiccup. He’s diagnosed with cancer. He's got it in his lungs, in his liver and his kidneys. And he goes, it’s not good. I'm like, oh boy. I said, God is so good. He can heal you. If that's his plan. And in the Bible so many times, God has changed the plan because of prayer. And in Mark 2:12, it tells us that their friends took him and dropped him through the roof, and their faith healed him. I said, right we're going to put together a group of people to carry you during this time, and drop him through the roof, and ask God to heal you. God can, and he will, and we believe in that. But right now, the story is, and I got with before this podcast, and he says, I had missed church since I got the news. He's got his Bible with him all the time. Praise God. And I told him, I said, when you get healed, don't forget it. You know? I have. God's healed me several times in things that tell a story, but he's still in the healing game. And I told him about the angel. It's the healing angel. Don't pray to the angel but pray that God would empower the angel to come touch you. And so, anyway, he's broken, you know? I've never seen a man get teary-eyed. And now, so that's what I would tell everybody that's listening, and hope everybody around the world that gets this video, don't wait until you get your breath knocked out to surrender to God. Don't wait until you get diagnosed with something, or your mother, or your dad, get sick, or whatever happens. Don't wait until then, surrender to God now, and start trying to live your life in the way that I want to say try. Chuck Swindoll once said and I loved it. He goes, “God can't use someone greatly until he's broken greatly.” Try your best to get your faith as deep as you can get. Because just as sure as I'm sitting here, life is going to get tough some day. And when it comes, your faith will take a dive and it’ll get stronger. Or instead of a dive, what I mean is you'll go deeper in your faith. You'll go deeper in the Scripture, but your faith will grow actually. But what I'm saying is whenever you get broken, that's whenever you holler on God and He shows up. Don't you think? How is it for you that when you have experienced some of the things that you've experienced in your life, that you've lived in life, you've had some tough times like me, but you also have some really cool things happen in your life. But things are good. Right now we talk a lot about when people get hurt or they're down. But now we've got a lot of people out there saying that things are good. They’re making money, they’ve got healthy bodies, they’ve got kids, they’ve got families. Everything is going well. How is it for you that you live your life connected to God? Blake: I think, praising Him from the mountaintops, it's very easy to give him credit and still pat yourself on the back. I think one of my favorite stories from the Bible, especially because I'm doing a deep dive right now, is the story of Job. He's a man that had all these worldly possessions. God had blessed him and he did nothing but rejoice. One of my favorite parts of the first chapter of Job is that he had seven sons and three daughters. And his seven sons would have a feast for him each day that was theirs. Meaning that had seven sons, so each one would host a dinner, one for week, on a schedule. What stands out to me the most about chapter one of Job is the fact that he would go and have burnt offerings for himself and all of his family. Just in case they had sin that he didn't even know about. In case they had sin in their heart, he wanted to make sure they recovered. And that's a man who’s living on top of the world. Nobody in this family has had to want for nothing. And I think that's such a picture of That's the beginning of chapter, obviously, through the book Job, things change a lot. He doesn't, but things change a lot in his life. That's the picture of how we need to live our lives. Even when we're on top, we need to be looking around at ways of helping, however we can. I think that service is the best way to really tie us to God. If you look at the way Jesus lived his life and the teachings he taught, helping people is one of the best ways for us to stay hand in hand with. Especially whenever you pick up the phone and call just because you're fasting and you're spending this time. If somebody looks at your life, they're probably not saying, well, that's a dude that's really struggling to make ends meet. No wonder he has faith like that. You're a man that is on top and on top. Exactly. That's what I mean. And because you're spending time fasting and spending time in prayer, the Holy Spirit comes over and says, “give a call.” and you make that call. So I think service and spending our time with a specific goal of staying close to Christ. And so whatever you do, do it on purpose. Whenever you're living your life, you feel like you're just kind of bogged down in mundane life. You're not really on top, you're not really on bottom. You're just living your life, letting your bible collect dust. I think just focusing on service and whether that be financially, with your time, however you can serve and whatever fits your life best and your personal ministry best, is the best way for you to stay close to God. Mickey: When I think about that, and Job, and he was the greatest in the land at the time. The greatest in our land at this time, not godliness. I don't know about that. But I think of Elon Musk, he's the first one that became a trillionaire. And he has developed so many things to help people all over this world. And he doesn't have to do that. He can be so self-centered that he can go out here and just enjoy life to the fullest. But instead, he is about helping people. And he's taking his wealth to that level. And I just, I would love to sit down sometime if you're ever going to see this. I'd love to sit down with Elon and do a lifeline with him. And use this tool to share Christ. And I hope he's a believer. And I hate to use the word believer, because Satan believes. And I like using the word Christian Christ within. He has a Christ living in him. I hope he does. But it seems though he might be an immature believer because he never hear him talk about Jesus. And so if you were to start growing in his faith with all the platform that he has. He would start using the J-word every now and then because the J-word has power. I don't care how he uses it. And then the other story, that I think about that is a believer, a Hobby Lobby. He and his wife started Hobby Lobby in their garage. And they said they’re give 10% of their money away. Then it grew to a store and they said, give 50% of their money away. And they grew nationwide and now they give 90% of their money away. And that's why God blesses you. Because he can handle it. Now some people say, “well he didn't do that to me.” It’s because you cant handle it. God knows you better than you know yourself. God can let me be a billionaire. But I believe if I had done that, I put out a press report, I'd be like, Almighty. God kept me humble. You know every time I start believing my press report, he kicks my feet out from under me, you know? So I try not to believe my press report. And so Hobby Lobby’s got a great story. They put it in the bible museum in Washington that i've been through. Anybody that's a believer needs to go through the Hobby Lobby. Blake: The Bible museum? Mickey: The Bible museum, Hobby Lobby yes. Thank you. Blake: You can stop at Hobby Lobby while you’re out there but Mickey: Thank you for being here. You're good at that. But anyway the Bible museum, every believer , every Christian needs to go through the Bible museum. But much more importantly, every non-christian, every Mormon, every Jehovah Witness, every Muslim, every Hindu every whatever farmer out there that’s never been to church, everybody that’s not a Christian needs to go to the museum and go through it. Take three, four days to go through it. The education there, the proof that our Bible is what it is, the proof that Jesus says who he says he is, go there and go there and go through it. When you get done then if you're not sold out then, then forget it, you know because God is pursuing you to be a part of his family the Christian family. And i dont mean Christian is what some people in the world think is Christian I'm talking about born again Christian or Christian means Christ within if you're born again, the Holy Spirit comes into you and you're then born again a Christian, I don't care if you even go to church, but if you're not a born again Christian, go to the Bible museum, take three days and go through it all, and when you get completely educated with an open mind, I'm convinced you're going to be a born again Christian. You're going to be a believer. Blake: People say that about the flat earth theory. People say that if you're approaching with open mind, know, if you will empty your cup, that's what I told, there's a funny side story, there was a player i played with in college, and he told me that I needed to empty my cup from all this stuff that schools told me about how earth is round. And if I were to empty my cup and just listen to what you're going to teach me. And so I think it's so funny to draw that parallel of coming with an open mind. What I love about the Bible is the more you dig, the more you see that this is not that you have to empty your cup. If anything, you have to look at the scripture through the historical evidence. I've heard an interesting thing that Alexander the Great. Do you know who that was? He was a great ruler back in the day. I've never met anybody that denied he existed. There is like 3% compared to Jesus. If Jesus has this much documentation, Alexander the Great has this much. But no one denied that Alexander the Great existed and did the things he did. There's so much historical evidence for the Bible that I would say, dig in and wherever you are, keep digging. Keep digging because the more you dig, the more there is just more and more evidence. Mickey: I think the lifeline is the most powerful tool in 64 years. I think the lifeline is the most powerful tool in 64 years. But the lifeline is the most powerful tool that I’ve ever seen in sixty-four years of showing how you are born physically and you go down the line towards the stake of salvation and then that is your beginning to go down the line towards Christ's likeness. So whenever you become born again, then you’re a baby in Christ, I don’t care if you're six or sixty. It's exactly what you're talking about. Digging into the Bible, you've got to know the scripture. And then you start digging into it and you’re growing toward Christ-likeness. Whenever you find someone to discuss the Bible with, like we're doing, fellowshipping with believers, and then praying, developing a relationship with the Holy Spirit and developing that relationship with Father God and with Jesus Christ the Trinity, developing that relationship. You can't just have it all. If I just met you today, there's no way for me to get to know you in one day. So the more we put together, I can put on a face today, talking about the Bible, and talking about all this, and everybody will think, man, is a good guy. My hairdresser. My hairdresser thinks that I am the finest guy ever. She goes, I can never see you losing your temper. I'm like, you sweet girl. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. No, bring this camera to the duck lines. And let somebody move in and scare off a bunch of ducks when they're not. Not good. You’re going to get chewed out. And so we can put on this face of being this guy. But growing down the line towards Christ-likeness, that's what I people, God is a god of progression, not of perfection. Thank God. Because you don't have to be perfect to come to Him. Matter of fact, none of us are. You don't have to go to church. You don't have to do all this stuff. Blake: Like I said in the last episode, one of my favorite things that’s said is, how often do you wash up and clean yourself off before you get in a shower? Jesus is the shower. He will wash you clean. You don't have to do a thing before you come to him. Mickey: And that's your prayer life. My friend Leon, we've been getting together over twenty years, one or two times a week. And whenever you pray with somebody that many times over years and years and years, you develop this prayer life. It's not a routine, it's not scripted, it's not anything, but it seems when you get together, the first thing we do, whether he prays first or i pray first, is oh my God, thank you for grace. Oh my God, we love you. We adore you. We are so grateful for you in this life that we get to live. So adoration. And then we confess Oh my God, we are sinners. And we thank you that we don't have to be perfect to come to you. But we are going to live a life of repentance. We are going to do our best tomorrow. If we sin 100 times per your Bible, for your law, if we sin 100 times today, we're going to sit 99 or less tomorrow. And then thanksgiving, oh my God, we’re so thankful. We adore you. We are so grateful. So we adore you, we are sinners, and we're grateful for you, and then we pray. Now God, nothing that we’re fixing to say is going to surprise you, nothing. This is the time we’re going to get in the truck, I've got to talk about you kids getting in my truck, that's the finest time of my life. We get in the truck with you today, and we’re just going to talk, nothing we can say will surprise you. Oh my God, I want you to heal my friend who’s dying and his little children are just absolutely crushed. They may lose their daddy, healing him. Because Lord, that's a man's man. He's going to do something for your kingdom, if you save him. I know it. But you know more than me. And then, cover my precious children, cover my children, let this little baby be healthy, healthy and a godly boy. You know, cover my wife, thank you for healing her two weeks ago. Said she's going to have aggressive breast cancer. Like if you do all the tests, they're like, Mark 2:12, we've never seen it like this. She doesn't have breast cancer, she doesn't have anything. They drained the fluid, she's good to go, you know? So that's developing that relationship with God, and you can't have it overnight. The lifeline shows you that progression to Christ-likeness. Whenever you’re dead, you're in heaven. So this side, we're never going to be there. We're always going to be dirty, having to go to him for a shower. Just like you said, I love that analogy. Blake: Well shoot, you want to pray us out on that note? Mickey: I would love to. Heavenly Father, we come to you today, Lord, thanking you. Lord, we are grateful. Lord, I pray that if we ever say anything on this radio show or podcast or whatever this is, I pray that if we say anything that’s out of sorts, that is not from you, then Lord I pray the people who are watching would forgive us and they would forget it. But if we ever pray or talk about something that is real, and it is of you, and you take the power and you grow this to whatever you want it to be, then you get the glory. You get all the glory and use it and use us. But I would pray that we would never be guilty of talking about fasting, or ever praying, that it's for anybody's benefit. That anybody out there would say, oh my God, it makes me feel bad when I see them do it, because they do it for their glory. Oh my God, I would drop to my face, Blake and I both, and get on the ground, and ask you forgiveness if we do it for our glory, or our benefit. We do this, Lord, for your glory, for your benefit. And you know our hearts. So the reason that we say these things is for our own self, to remind us that we are doing this for you, because if something happens cool with all of this, we just might believe in our pressure point. Pat ourselves in the back like Blake says. And oh, Lord, I pray that we would get a sprained wrist if we ever do that. Lord, I pray for everyone listening right now, and watching. Lord, that you would build a fire in them, that they don't have to go through tough times to surrender their life to you, and again walking with you, and serving you, so you get the glory. Lord, that's the reason that put us on this planet is to glorify you. But Lord, if we had to do it, we would be robots. We don’t have to do it, we have a choice, either do it or not, to believe it or not. Dear God, we believe it. We pray these things acknowledging the Trinity, that we don't understand. We pray these things because we have a direct contact with Father God who created us. We pray these things acknowledging that the Holy Spirit is in us, and he's alive and well and he is our friend. He is a real entity living in us as our friend. We pray this in our Jesus' name because of his stripes on the cross. In his time in hell, pray the price for us and praise God for the resurrection that broke all the chains. Because of his resurrection, is the reason we have these gifts in our God. We pray these things in our Jesus name. Amen.
