Welcome to The LifeLine Tool. By using this site or app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What The LifeLine Tool is
The LifeLine Tool is a free spiritual tool built to help people meet hard moments with Scripture, prayer, and the lifeline teaching from Mickey Mitchell. It is not medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.
You are talking to AI, not a person
Every answer in the app, and every spoken reply on the voice line, is generated by artificial intelligence. There is no live person on the other side. Mickey Mitchell does not read your message and does not write or review the reply you receive. The AI speaks in his lifeline teaching, drawn from his talk and from Scripture, which is why the answers sound like him.
Your account and your age
Asking questions and receiving answers needs no account. Some parts of the app, such as Today, Community Prayer and your account page, ask you to sign in so your readings and prayers stay with you. When you sign in, you are responsible for the security of your login. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorized use.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, or at least 16 where local law requires it. We do not knowingly allow accounts for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, write to us and we will remove it and the data with it.
What you post in the community
Anything you post on the community wall can be read by anyone signed in to the app. Please do not post confidential medical details, full names, or private information about other people. You can delete your own post at any time.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the app to harm yourself or others.
- Do not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or infringing.
- Do not attempt to break, probe, scrape, or overload the service.
- Do not represent AI answers as coming from Mickey Mitchell personally. The AI speaks in his teaching voice; Mickey does not review each answer.
Donations
The app is free and we are not accepting gifts at this time. If you gave in the past and have a question about that gift, or a monthly gift you still need canceled, write to markfilaroski.mf@gmail.com and we will take care of it.
AI generated content
Answers from the app are generated by AI trained on Mickey Mitchell's Lifeline transcript and Scripture. They are meant to point you toward God. They may contain mistakes. Verify Scripture in a Bible you trust.
Not a substitute for care
The LifeLine Tool is not a crisis service. If you are in danger or feeling suicidal, call or text 988 in the US, or your local emergency number.
Intellectual property
The LifeLine Tool tool, its design, and its content are owned by The Lifeline unless credited otherwise. Scripture quotations use public domain translations unless noted. You may share and quote content with credit and a link back.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, The LifeLine Tool is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in those places our liability is limited to the minimum extent allowed.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where The LifeLine Tool is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the courts of that state.
