Lord, I feel alone. Sit with me in this quiet. Remind me that You see me. Bring me one person this week who will walk with me, and help me be that person for someone else.
A short walk this week
- Read Psalm 139 slowly. Notice every place it says God knows you.
- Send one message to someone you have not talked to in a while.
- Ask the Community to pray for you this week.
- Visit one church service or small group, even if you sit in the back.

Questions people ask
What does the Bible say about loneliness?
It says God is with you always, that He sets the lonely in families, and that Jesus Himself knew what it was to be left alone. You are seen.
How do I pray when I feel unwanted?
Tell God exactly how it feels. Then read Psalm 139 out loud. He wanted you before anyone else knew your name.
Where can I find people to pray with?
Start with the Community Prayer wall in the LifeLine Tool, then a local church. One honest request is enough to begin.
The lifeline is the answer
The LifeLine Tool is two hands on a rope. The hand from heaven, and your hand reaching back. Watch the teaching, then bring this hard thing to it.
